Creator Collaboration Policy

A collaboration begins only when the relevant parties approve written commercial terms and, where required, sign the creator/talent agreement. The campaign brief or agreement should explain deliverables, platform, deadlines, content approvals, compensation, product requirements, revisions, performance insights, disclosures, exclusivity if applicable and content usage. Informal messages or platform invitations alone do not expand agreed licensing rights.

Creators must offer genuine and supportable experiences rather than invented product use or guaranteed outcomes. Sponsored posts, gifts, affiliate relationships and other material connections must be disclosed clearly, prominently and in an appropriate format, including platform-specific tools where suitable. Do not conceal advertising disclosures within a long hashtag list. Medical, health and financial claims that require qualifications or evidence cannot be made without appropriate verification and authorization. MANCHWAVE or a brand may request reasonable corrections before publication.

In an influencer marketing campaign, the creator ordinarily retains copyright in original posts. A brand's ordinary right to repost on owned organic social media channels is generally a 12-month license from posting, unless the signed agreement changes that period. Paid ad usage, boosting, whitelisting or use through the creator's account requires a separate written grant and agreed fee.

For UGC ad productions, the applicable signed UGC agreement, creator/talent release and video-specific usage confirmation specify the intended ownership transfers, the right to use the creator's face, voice and likeness, paid advertising scope and duration. Filming without a release does not authorize a brand to use a creator's identity commercially.

Creators must meet mutually agreed posting or delivery timelines, communicate foreseeable delays, comply with the approved brief, and share promised performance insights when required by their specific contract. Compensation, balance payments and consequences for incomplete or late work are governed by the signed creator agreement; the creator application form does not establish payment terms. Creators must not delete or materially alter committed posts within an agreed live period without appropriate approval.

A campaign may include a limited competing-brand restriction around a posting or shooting date, if expressly written in the applicable engagement. Do not assume all creators are under a blanket exclusivity arrangement. We may decline projects involving false endorsements, illegal products, copyright infringement, unauthorized likenesses, misleading product claims or harmful advertising practices.

Creators under 18 must involve a parent or legal guardian before any engagement, and cannot sign alone. Written guardian consent, countersignature and lawful payment arrangements are required before onboarding. Certain advice-based promotions are not accepted for minor creators, even with guardian permission. If you are a minor, ask your guardian to contact us rather than completing the application independently.
