Descriptions, visuals, examples, service options and timelines on our website are general information, not a fixed offer or promise of availability. Services, pricing, deliverables, approval steps, production timelines, fees, taxes and payment stages are agreed in a written proposal and signed agreement or schedule. Unless agreed otherwise, a project begins only after the necessary paperwork, approvals and initial payment are completed.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and avoid impersonation, malicious content, unauthorized scraping, interference with the website or infringement of third-party rights. You must be authorized to submit materials relating to a brand or client. You retain ownership of materials you submit; you grant MANCHWAVE only the limited permission needed to review your inquiry and respond or perform agreed services, subject to our Privacy Policy and written contracts. We may decline requests involving unlawful, misleading, unsafe or rights-infringing marketing.

We work to deliver the professional services and deliverables agreed in writing, but we do not guarantee follower growth, engagement, leads, views, rankings, sales, conversions, ROAS, CTR or other commercial outcomes unless a particular measurable contractual commitment is expressly agreed in writing. Results depend on factors beyond agency control, including platform systems, product claims, budget, audience behavior and market conditions.

Items labeled Creative Concept are illustrative directions, not representations of completed client engagements. Examples labeled as AI-generated or AI-assisted must not be understood as real customer testimonials, actual campaign performance, or genuine endorsements. Client brands, campaign results and testimonials will be displayed only with appropriate permission and factual support.

The MANCHWAVE name, logo, website design, copy, graphics and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission. Project content rights are service-specific: influencer-created content generally remains creator-owned with a defined client organic-use license; paid advertisement usage needs additional written authorization. For paid SMM content, ownership of deliverables and source files transfers as specified in the SMM schedule. UGC project copyright, talent likeness rights and paid advertising licenses are governed by the relevant signed UGC scope confirmation. Applying to join our creator network is free and does not establish employment, agency representation, guaranteed placement or a paid partnership. No collaboration is binding unless the parties sign the applicable agreement specifying deliverables, disclosure duties, approvals, payment, usage rights and other terms. Clients are responsible for providing accurate, authorized brand claims, product information, approvals, substantiation for objective claims, necessary brand assets and timely feedback. We may request modifications or refuse content that could be misleading, unlawful or non-compliant. Sponsored creator posts must be disclosed properly. AI-assisted advertisements must not present fictitious testimonials or unconsented likenesses as real. See our Advertising, UGC & AI Content Policy.

No website visit or form submission creates an obligation to purchase. Project payments, cancellations, refunds, third-party commitments and termination are primarily controlled by the applicable signed contract and service schedule. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the general approach but does not override a signed agreement or non-waivable statutory protections. Any dispute about an actual engagement is handled under its signed contract, including any valid dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions.

Our website may link to Instagram, WhatsApp and other third-party tools. We do not control their uptime, availability, data practices or content and are not responsible for issues beyond our reasonable control. Use of those services is subject to their rules.

We take reasonable care with site information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free website access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from unauthorized third-party interference, temporary website failure or reliance on non-contractual illustrative information. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts statutory privacy/consumer rights, or amends liability provisions in a signed agreement.

These website Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory law, disputes specifically concerning website use are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in Patna, Bihar; signed service agreements may separately provide for negotiation or arbitration.
