Privacy Policy
Effective date:
MANCHWAVE ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of people who visit our website, inquire about our services, apply to our creator network or work with us as clients, creators or collaborators. MANCHWAVE is the trade name of a sole proprietorship operated by Jay Kishan Patel. This Policy explains how personal information is handled across our website and our influencer marketing, social media management, UGC and AI-assisted creative services.
1. Information we collect
Brand inquiries: When you contact us, we may receive your name, brand or company name, work email, telephone or WhatsApp number, industry, website or social profile, service interest, budget range, proposed timeline, preferred meeting date and time, and information in your project description.
Creator applications: When you apply to our creator network, we may receive your name, email, contact number, Instagram handle and other social profiles, content category, follower range, city or country, portfolio link and introduction. We may evaluate publicly available creator content, audience-fit information and engagement metrics when considering a collaboration.
Engagement-related information: If we work together, we may process business contacts, proposals, contracts, approval messages, billing information, campaign deliverables and performance reports. We may request payment or identity information from contracted creators when needed for contracting, verification and lawful payment; the public creator registration form does not require bank details or government ID.
Website information: Our hosting and technical providers may process information such as IP address, browser/device information, pages requested, timestamps and diagnostic logs to operate and protect the website. Cookies and similar technologies, where present, are explained in our Cookie Policy.
Social media account information: For Social Media Management engagements, authorized personnel may view messages, comments and follower/customer information within a client's account to provide the specifically agreed services. We do not use that account information for independent marketing or unrelated purposes.
2. Why we use information
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, arrange calls, assess brand–creator compatibility, propose and manage collaborations, develop and approve creative work, fulfill contracts, process payments and invoices, measure agreed campaign performance, prevent abuse, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations. We seek appropriate consent or another lawful basis where required. Supplying an inquiry or creator application does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing messages or commit you to a project.
3. Creator applications and brand introductions
Submitting a creator application expresses interest but does not guarantee selection, a campaign, compensation or representation by MANCHWAVE. Where a creator's details are relevant to a possible engagement, we will obtain the necessary permission before sharing non-public application information with a prospective brand. Publicly available professional profile links may be evaluated for suitability. Final use of a creator's identity, content, image or voice is governed by the separate written engagement and applicable releases.
5. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, an ongoing relationship, dispute handling or required tax/accounting/legal records. Creator applications are periodically reviewed for relevance and may be deleted when no longer needed or upon a valid request, subject to legal exceptions. For SMM engagements, locally retained account exports and cached material are deleted within 30 days after termination unless legal retention is required, in line with the signed schedule. We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards and restrict access to people who need the information for authorized work. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your privacy choices and requests
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you and to request correction, updating, deletion, withdrawal of consent or grievance resolution, subject to applicable law and lawful retention needs. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue a requested collaboration or service. We may verify your identity before processing a sensitive request. Send requests to hello@manchwave.com with the subject Privacy Request. We aim to acknowledge privacy grievances within 7 days and provide a substantive response within 30 days; statutory rights and time limits take precedence where applicable.
7. Underage creators
If you are under 18, do not independently submit sensitive information or enter a collaboration agreement. Ask a parent or legal guardian to contact MANCHWAVE. Any engagement involving a minor requires documented guardian consent and the additional protections in the signed creator/talent agreement. We do not knowingly engage minor creators for restricted professional health or financial advice-based promotional content.
8. International and third-party services
Our service providers or social media platforms may operate outside your location. Any international transfers and third-party processing will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Social media, messaging platforms, external sites and payment services have their own privacy practices; please review their notices when you use them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect service, technology or legal changes. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
